Privacy policy
Updated 4 November 2026.
Personal use
clawdbot is privately operated for its owner's personal use, not offered as a service to the public.
Google account data
The application accesses only Google services authorized by the account owner. Depending on the permissions granted and tasks requested, this can include email contents and metadata, contacts, calendar events, and files or documents. Write permissions allow the application to perform changes requested by the owner.
Use and processing
Data is used to perform personal-assistant tasks requested by the owner. Relevant task content may be processed by the AI providers and other services configured by the owner. This is not a promise that all processing remains on one device. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Storage and retention
Authorization tokens are stored on the operator's systems to enable continued authorized access. Selected task content, notes, logs and downloaded files may also be retained on those systems and in configured services. Original Google account data remains subject to the owner's Google settings. Public information pages do not provide access to mailbox contents or authorization tokens.
Control and deletion
The account owner can revoke application access in their Google Account's third-party connections settings and remove locally stored authorization credentials and retained task data from the operator's systems. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete previously retained copies.
